これまでペペロンチーノを作る時の乳化は
「ゆで汁を入れて煮込ませる」
程度で作ってましたが、

ペペロンチーノ 「とうがらし」を意味するイタリア語。
アーリオ は ニンニク
オリーブオイル は オリオ。
それとは別に、
